Refund Policy
Last updated: 23 August 2026
This policy explains when you can get your money back, how to ask, and how long it takes. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with Banquetly Pro, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask you to sit through a retention pitch.
This applies to your first payment on a plan, monthly or annual — $5 or $50. Your account returns to the Free plan, which keeps working indefinitely.
Renewals
Payments after the first one — the second month, the second year — are not automatically refundable, because you can prevent every one of them by cancelling beforehand. Cancel any time from your billing page and you will not be charged again.
If a renewal caught you by surprise — you meant to cancel, you did not use the service in that period, or something went wrong on our end — email us anyway. We would rather refund a charge you did not want than keep money from someone who has stopped using the product.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund
Cancelling stops future payments. It does not return the current period's payment, and you keep full access until the period you have already paid for ends. If you want your money back rather than the remaining time, say so in your email.
How to request a refund
Email hello@banquetly.app from the address on the account, or tell us which organization it concerns. That is the whole process — there is no form. We aim to reply within one business day.
How the money reaches you
Our payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for every Banquetly subscription. Paddle is the seller on your invoice, collects and remits any applicable VAT or sales tax, and is the name that appears on your card or bank statement — not Banquetly.
That means refunds are issued by Paddle, to the original payment method. Once approved, the money typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Any tax charged is refunded along with the payment.
You can also contact Paddle directly about a payment or invoice at paddle.net.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here reduces rights you have by law. Consumers in the EU, the UK and other jurisdictions with a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period keep those rights in full, whatever this policy says. Where the law gives you more than 14 days, the law wins.
